We accept all major credit cards
If you are shopping with a credit card, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency if required. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
We ship worldwide using Parcelforce. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the number of Twiinbins ordered as well as the shipping address. If you order before 11:00am we will post your item (via courier) the same day. Please allow 1 week for delivery but it will normally arrive in the UK and Ireland within 3 days of posting.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If we cannot deliver within 28 days, we will let you know by post, e-mail or telephone.
Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at 17.5% unless stated otherwise.

Payment details are encrypted using powerful 128 bit SSL encryption by our payment partner, WorldPay. The details are only decrypted when they reach WorldPay's servers. At no point is the information available on the internet.

Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% delighted with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied, please return items in good condition within 14 days. A full refund will be given at the discretion of the company management. If you wish to cancel your order, you must advise us by letter, fax or e-mail. Your statutory rights are not affected.
